Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates for orders placed online are as follows:

$13.00 - Greater Victoria

$14.00 - British Columbia.

$16.00- BC PO Box

$23.00 - Saltspring Island, BC

$20.00- Rest of Canada

$25.00 - United States

Note: For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", additional fees may apply.

If you are local, pick up is always FREE! Please select "Pick up at Custom Stamp" option. Pick ups are available during business hours.

Order Processing Times

Orders are shipped on business days only. Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 10:00am Pacific Time will be shipped within 1-3 business days* depending on the size and type of order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

*Some restrictions may apply on certain items, such as large quantity or a special order items.

Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

Currently you cannot send items within a single order to different locations. If you are ordering products to send to different shipping addresses you need to place separate orders.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we cannot redirect orders once items have been shipped.
